Southern Area

In April 2007 the 4 Trusts in the Southern Board area – Armagh and Dungannon HSS Trust, Craigavon & Banbridge Community HSS Trust, Craigavon Area Hospital Group Trust and Newry and Mourne HSS Trust – amalgamated to form the Southern Health and Social Care Trust (SHSCT).

On 1 February 2008 the SHSCT introduced a new centralised system for reporting complaints. Complaints should be made to:
